Rigid aluminium containers are manufactured out of aluminium alloy sheets/coils conforming to Indian standards grade 19500 (IS: 737-1986). These have a minimum aluminium purity of 99.5%. It is seamless in construction without any bottom or side seam joints. The walls are work-hardened by deep joints/ extrusion process and impart good resistance to puncture. The top of container is precisely formed to accommodate various types of closures,
to ensure that it is leak proof and pilfer proof.
